day 8 - Zamora to Momtamarta

22 kilometers. No bad hills. No wifi but a decent alberque for 5 Euros each. Will update with more details and pics when we get wifi. Next stop is Granja de Moreruela 22 kilometers away.

Zamora was pretty in the morning as we left





Montamanta was a 22 kilometer trek. Austin was hurting at the end so I may have had the pace set to high. Tomorrow I will turn it down a notch.

We are in the municipal alberque which is 5 euros each for the night. No on staff volunteers and not as nice as the last one but it has all the amenities we need.



I made mushroom risotto with bacon for dinner

Tomorrow is a 20 kilometer hike to Granja de Moreruela
