First part of our trip was 12 kilometers to Colminar Viejo. Stopped a beautiful old church but it was closed. Austin ran out of energy and I believe he was plotting an accident for me. We stopped at a cafe for Cafe con leche and he was better after the rest and caffeine.
Second half was 16 kilometers to Manzanarez de Real. It's like the Lake Geneva of Spain. Ended up getting a hotel and he slept his usual 4 hour nap. By the time we got back out the castle was closed.
We had a great cheap dinner then in bed by 10.
